Distance contract

The seller of goods offered at this online store SIA Correcty, reg. No. 40203169625, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following contract:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Delivery and payment procedure

The Buyer orders the goods via this website, indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered. The Buyer has the possibility to pay for the product by using the payment tools embedded in the online store.

The seller ensures the delivery of the goods within 10 days after the payment for the goods is received. The purchaser chooses the form of receiving and delivering the product when placing and paying for the order.

Right of withdrawal and reimbursement of money

If the order is not paid within 2 workdays, the Seller has the right to consider the order as canceled.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods or immediately after payment of the order by sending the Seller a letter of refusal to e-mail [email protected]. The letter of refusal must contain the order number and the customer's e-mail which was registered at the time of the order. The Seller will send a withdrawal form within two working days in the reply, which the Buyer must fill in within 5 calendar days after sending.  The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after the letter of refusal was sent. All expenses incurred due to the return of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if:

■      The goods ordered cannot, by their nature, be returned or they are perishable or are of rapid use,

■      The ordered product is damaged or the paper label is removed,

■      The goods ordered are custom-made for the Buyer according to an individual order,

The Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia section 12 part six prescribes that States that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal".

The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Purchaser to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold any compensation in the event of damage to the goods, by carelessly treating the goods or by failing to comply with the instructions during the use, if the original packaging of the goods is lost or the packaging is seriously damaged.

The funds paid are returned only to the same account from that the order was paid.

Change of goods

The purchased goods can only be exchanged to another size or color if the original labels and packages are retained.

Data processing

By entering the necessary information, placing the order, the Buyer confirms that he/she is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him/her are used to allow the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and to deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the Latvian legislation. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
